Congratulations to actress Emma Watson on her appointment as UN Women Goodwill Ambassador!
“Women’s rights are something so inextricably linked with who I am, so deeply personal and rooted in my life that I can’t imagine an opportunity more exciting,” she said.

SHOUTIN OUT to the girl who was ringing us up at abc commissary just now who follows me ahahaha you’re awesome ily thanks for saying hi :*
I’m pretty disappointed in myself for not updating this blog since my check in day in January.
I have two weeks left at Disney and I’m glad to be going home soon. I am ready to be home and see my family and friends again. As much fun as the days off and playing in the parks have been I need to give my body a chance to recover from my injuries from work.
I will try to do some recap posts and post some random stories about my program but that probably won’t happen until I’m back in Australia.
I have made some incredible friendships over here and those people are what I will miss the most about being over here!
Also my trip to New York has been a highlight of my time over here! I’ll try to do a post about that too!
The boys are ready to #MakeItRing, as the #RipCurlPro Bells Beach has been called on! Watch live at @asp world tour dot com. @mfanno will be coming up in heat 4, pursuing his 3rd bell.

Today was check in day and I’m exhausted. I checked in at Vista Way at 9am and we got Chatham Square! So happy about that! :)
And after the rest of my new roommates arrived we decided to do the inevitable Walmart trip. Wow Walmart is huge! It was super overwhelming and I was so tired.
Traditions is on Friday and I’m so excited because it’s our first official day working and we can then go to the parks!
It’s just another quick update for now cause I’m about to fall asleep but I’ll do a post with more detail when I can :)
Feeling such a weird mix of emotions right now. I’ve said goodbye to my family and friends which was hard and I’m now just waiting to board my first flight out of 3 to Orlando.
I’m so excited, nervous and a bit sad (goodbyes of course). This is such a huge trip and I can’t wait to start at Disney.
My family and friends are the greatest though, I will miss them everyday but Skype is a lifesaver :)
I can’t wait to make new friendships though. It’s going to be great!
I will try to do a proper post about this whole trip in more detail when I have a chance.
